Alan Pardee

Professional Background
Alan joined Stella Point in 2024. Previously, he was a Managing Director in Investor Relations at Valor Equity Partners from 2020 to 2024, during which time Valor successfully raised several funds and co-investment vehicles globally. From 2009 to 2020, Alan was one of three Managing Partners and Co-Founders of Mercury Capital Advisors, a global private placement agency firm. Mercury was the lift-out of the Merrill Lynch Private Equity Funds Group of which Alan was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer and in which he served for 12 years. For two years, he concurrently served as Global Head of the Merrill Lynch Real Estate Private Capital Group. Alan has led fund raising assignments for buyout, growth equity, real estate, venture capital, secondary, credit and distressed funds and investments for general partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America and Australia.
Community
Over the past 35 years, Alan has served in volunteer capacities in a variety of non-profits focused on education, food insecurity, and music, and religious organizations. Among these activities, Alan is a Board member of New York Common Pantry. Alan also served in roles with each of Princeton University, Stanford University and Johns Hopkins University and was a Trustee of The Dalton School in New York City.
