Nikhil grew up in Plainsboro, New Jersey and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he sang in an a capella group and volunteered for mental health initiatives. He later returned to Penn to complete his MBA at The Wharton School and is currently based in New York City.
