For the 8th consecutive year, First American has achieved the prestigious Call Center Award of Distinction from the Association of Teleservices International (ATSI).

First American’s Call Center has not only added to its seven-year running streak as a Call Center of Distinction; in addition, this year, First American – the only financial services provider on ATSI’s coveted award winner list – also earned Top Score honors in its award category.

The ATSI Award of Distinction evaluates agent interaction with callers by an independent panel of judges which evaluates agents on their ability to provide an enhanced caller experience and deliver service with courtesy, call etiquette, and the use of proper call techniques, as well as response time and accuracy.
